Springtime is Here...even though it is freezing outside

Spring Costume Fees: Now Due
The costume fees for the Spring concert are due by January 16. If you will not be performing in May (MAY 16), let us know. Between Jan. 12 and Jan. 23, we will be measuring the dancers in order to fit them for their Spring Praise Concert costumes. It is CRITICAL that you/your child is measured during these two weeks, so please make sure you attend class or make arrangements with us. You may want to let us know if your child is expecting a growth spurt this Spring so we can order appropriately. We will be ordering their outfits after the close of business on Jan. 23rd. If we do not have payment or payment arrangements by 630pm on that day, we will not be able to order yours. (NOTE: Full payment (for those with payment arrangements) must be made by March 1st.) We will not order costumes without full payment or payment arrangements on file with Tonya. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thanks for your cooperation!
Fees are: Creative Mvmt./Preballet =$45. Ballet/Tap hour class=$60. Ballet/Tap/Jazz class=$90 (for 2 costumes). Any one subject class=$55 child size, $65 adult size. Company classes do not have a costume fee. Adult classes will decide about concert participation as a class. Ask Tonya or Julie if unsure about your total.
*We can order costumes after Jan. 23, however there will be a $10/costume fee added and we can only do this til Jan. 31. And it creates A LOT more work for us, so please, pay on time.

New Students accepted through Jan. 23rd.
(or when we are full, whichever is first)
If you or someone you know is interested in adding SOF classes to their weekly schedule, let us know ASAP (we will order costumes on Jan. 23rd-late fee with apply after this date)! Let us know!! (See back for listing of some available classes).

Mark your calendars!
PLEASE mark your 2009 calendars now for our 2009 Spring Praise Concert for Saturday, May 16th (NOT Memorial Day weekend!!) at the Grand Theatre in Cartersville. We will have three performances that day (between 12 and 730) in order to keep any concert from lasting too long! Note that some classes (notably the companies) will dance in more than one concert. More details regarding performance times will come later.
